Spring Creek Community Card Discounts

The Spring Creek Community Card provides discounts and promotions to the employees of businesses in Spring Creek. Each participating business is entitled to community cards for their business owners and employees.

The following restrictions apply:

  • Community cards will be valid for the years printed on the back of the card and will expire at the end of the listed year (December 31st).
  • Cards must be returned if employment ends.
  • Community cards must be presented at the time of ordering products/services.
  • Discounts and offers may change without notice.
  • Information on specials will be updated as required and new information will be forwarded to each business by email for distribution to your related staff team.
  • Cardholders must be employed by a business listed on this webpage, and cards are not transferable.
  • Please see the back of the card for other restrictions.
  • Community Card cannot be combined with other offers such as Happy Hour and Wine Wednesday.
